Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support daily HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records (joining, exit, attendance, leave, etc.)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities (documentation, induction, exit process)
- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordination with payroll team
- Assist in payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave data
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance records (PF, ESIC, Form 11, etc.)
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and support
- Support recruitment activities like scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintain office administration tasks (ID cards, access, assets, etc.)
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Familiarity with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software (e.g., GreytHR)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
