Partnering with farms across North India, Krishi Cress ensures a constant stock of exotic and seasonal foods in their online store. The company aims to promote local foods, Indian ingredients, and support farmers by providing access to knowledge and technology.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in both human resources (HR) functions and office management.

Experience Required: 1 year

Pay Scale: 25k-30k

Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Assist in the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, maintaining applicant databases)

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are up to date

Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting

Coordinate with payroll for the timely processing of salary inputs

Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities

Administration:

Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement

Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for staff (if applicable)

Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of office premises

Support documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical and digital)

Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Similar, MBA (HR) preferred

01 year of relevant experience in HR or administration

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
