Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Admin professional to manage end-to-end human resources operations and oversee general administration functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, people management, and office administration within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit process.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Handle payroll coordination, salary processing inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity).
Conduct performance reviews and support the annual appraisal process.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Manage training programs, learning initiatives, and HR data reporting.
Administration:
Oversee office facilities, housekeeping, vendor management, and maintenance activities.
Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and administrative assets.
Coordinate travel bookings, reimbursements, and logistics arrangements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office regulations.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, and corporate functions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and payroll management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and attendance management tools.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
