Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR & Admin Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities for one of our clients in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes, employee coordination, documentation, and office administration, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Responsibilities :

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communication.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and policy communication.
  • Support compliance activities related to labour laws, PF/ESI, and statutory documentation.
  • Handle queries related to HR policies and escalate as needed.

Administrative Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance schedules, and housekeeping supervision.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and timely resolution of admin issues.
  • Monitor renewals, utility payments, and service provider contracts.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, asset management, and procurement support.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and basic statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 34 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in the food service industry or similar fast-paced sector.
