Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions for a young and fast-growing gaming & entertainment company. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, people-focused, and able to support HR processes that keep BeBetta running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
  • Create job descriptions, post jobs, and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently.
  • Schedule interviews, conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers & release offer letters.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
  • Administration & Office Management
  • Oversee office operations: supplies, coordination with vendors, housekeeping, and logistics.
  • Support travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination.
  • Handle asset allocation, ID cards, access control & admin documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth, well-organized, employee-friendly workplace environment.
  • Compliance & Policy Support
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies, contracts, and documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and data collation.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR & Admin roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and HR operations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems (preferred).
  • Energetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
