We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR & Administration Executive to manage end-to-end HR operationsfrom Recruitment to Retirement/Resignationand support smooth administrative functioning across our Head Office and branch locations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment, enjoys interacting with diverse teams, and ensures seamless HR and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements across departments.
- Manage the complete hiring process, ensuring positions are filled within defined timelines.
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure efficient onboarding for new hires.
HR Operations
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance support, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives and processes across locations.
Administration & Office Management
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with branch offices for administrative support and compliance.
- Assist in facility management, vendor coordination, and employee support services.
