Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, ensuring common areas and rooms are well-kept. Daily responsibilities include cleaning, dusting, and maintaining the laundry service. The role also involves engaging with customers professionally and providing excellent service, while adhering to health and safety standards. Additionally, the specialist will assist in training new team members to uphold the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry services, with attention to detail and efficiency
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive client experience
- Ability to train and mentor new team members in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Capability to follow and enforce health and safety protocols consistently
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, though on-site training will be provided
