- Handling both AIR & SEA Imports and Export shipments
- Handling coordination and documentation of Air/Sea Exports
- Sales Coordination with the clients and sales team
- After Sales service and support
- Maintaining excellent rapport with clients & carriers
- Required Candidate profile
- Any graduate with 2-5 year experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Coordination
- Must have good communication skills with PC and MS Office
- Comm skills in speaking English/Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu
