Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping role based in Anantnag. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel premises, managing laundry duties, and ensuring guest rooms are comfortable and hygienically maintained. The role also involves collaborating with other staff to address customer needs promptly and supporting new team members through basic training in housekeeping standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry tasks to ensure cleanliness and efficient upkeep of the property.
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and team members efficiently.
- Experience in Training and mentoring new housekeeping team members is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and organizing within the hotel.
- Previous work experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
