Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Srinagar, J&K for a Telesales Consultant. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to prospective customers over the phone. This includes identifying customer needs, explaining product benefits, addressing queries, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Customer Service expertise, with a customer-focused approach to resolving inquiries and building relationships
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in phone systems and CRM tools is a plus
