Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate position based at Fariyas Resort in Lonavala. The role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to the highest standards. The Housekeeping Associate will ensure timely laundry services, organize housekeeping supplies, report maintenance needs, and provide exceptional support to guests by addressing their requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry and basic cleaning operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest inquiries and requests effectively
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain orderly spaces
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to improve housekeeping techniques and service standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping roles is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
