Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to secure repeat business.
Prospecting & Sales: Actively identify new markets, conduct cold calls, and handle inquiries to generate new leads and sales.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate contract terms for group bookings, conferences, and special events.
