Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical MBA Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience across key business functions such as strategy, operations, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis

• Support in developing business strategies and growth plans

• Work on data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)

• Help in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Assist in client coordination and communication, if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA (any specialization)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing / finance / operations

• Familiarity with tools like CRM software, Google Analytics, or Power BI

• Prior internship or project experience is a plus
