Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Management Faculty at our Thane location. The Hotel Management Faculty will be responsible for educating and mentoring students in the field of hotel management. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging course materials, providing hands-on training in various industry-related domains, assessing student progress, and offering guidance for career development. The role also involves collaboration with other faculty members to enhance the quality of the institute's educational programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties to teach interpersonal and front desk management skills
• Knowledge of Food Production and Food & Beverage operations to provide students with industry-standard culinary and hospitality practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills, along with teaching experience in hospitality or a related field
• Ability to mentor and guide students in their academic and professional endeavors
• Educational qualifications in Hotel Management or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on practical knowledge
• Prior industry experience in hospitality or hotel management is an added benefit
