Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager, based in Igatpuri. The Hotel General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient management of all departments. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, staff supervision, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and environmental standards. The General Manager will also collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and drive property success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in General Management and Business Management, including strategic planning and operational oversight
• Strong Customer Service skills aimed at delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, focused on delivering quality dining experiences
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with effective communication skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of environmentally responsible practices
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
