Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Host/Hostess, based in Gurugram. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, coordinating table arrangements, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent service through effective communication and professional phone etiquette. As a vital part of the team, the Host/Hostess plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience in managing Reservations and proficient Phone Etiquette
• Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring a welcoming and satisfying guest experience
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A professional demeanor and ability to handle guest inquiries with poise
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
