Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Hostess at Imperfecto Restaurants, located in Model Town. The Hostess will greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves managing reservations, maintaining the dining area ambiance, answering guest inquiries, and coordinating with the restaurant team to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to maintain a welcoming and friendly demeanor with guests
- Efficient handling of Reservations and familiarity with reservation systems
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with guests and the team
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address guest needs and provide a memorable experience
- Professional Phone Etiquette for managing phone inquiries and reservations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
