Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role located at our Ahmedabad salon. The Hostess will be the face of the salon, welcoming clients, managing reservations, answering phone inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring all guests have an exceptional customer service experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere, assisting with client needs, and supporting the team in daily salon operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to make clients feel welcomed and valued
• Experience with Reservations and managing client appointments effectively
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette, including a professional and friendly demeanor
• Proven Customer Service experience with a focus on creating a positive client experience
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and knowledge in handling booking systems is a plus
• Prior experience in the salon, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous
