Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role based in Ahmedabad. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting clients and ensuring a warm welcome, managing salon reservations, handling phone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities also include assisting clients during their visit and maintaining a hospitable and pleasant environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Experience with managing Reservations and scheduling systems.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in providing high-quality Customer Service and addressing client needs.
• Polished Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or beauty industry, is advantageous.
