Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Host/Hostess at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience. Other responsibilities include assisting with inquiries, providing accurate wait time information, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a guest-focused approach to service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service expertise, with a focus on creating welcoming and positive experiences for guests.
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and coordinating seating plans effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for interacting with guests and addressing inquiries.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or as a host/hostess is a plus but not mandatory.
• Friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and commitment to providing exemplary service.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
