We are looking for a goals-oriented, action-driven professional to engage with hosts, provide recommendations for improving their listings, and drive overall performance metrics.
A Typical Day
- Engage with targeted hosts provided by the team lead/market management via phone calls to recommend actionable listing improvements and optimization tips.
- Prepare host outreach templates, including personalized emails and call scripts, for campaigns aimed at improving host portfolio bookability and boosting booking rates.
- Conduct consultative Zoom and/or audio calls with hosts, advising on competitiveness regarding pricing, availability, and listing quality.
- Educate clients on product/feature updates and cascade feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive call tracking sheets to monitor productivity and analyze the impact of host engagement on key output metrics.
- Support market management team with in-market educational workshops, meetups, and other engagement initiatives as needed.
Required Expertise
- 4+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a large volume of accounts simultaneously.
- Strong bias for action and persistence in the face of adversity or objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Team player motivated to share best practices and knowledge to help peers succeed.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring timely execution, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Primary/bilingual fluency in English and Hindi is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in outbound sales, customer outreach, or client engagement.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or online travel agency (OTA) industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
