Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Non IT Recruiter at BetterPlace in Pune. The Non IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruitment activities to support workforce fulfilment for full-time and gig workers.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
HSC and Any Graduates
Experience Skills Required
1-5 years of experience in a Not IT recruitment into bulk hiring.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in using Naukri and LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
