Your role will require fluid communication and a deep understanding of the business landscape, ensuring that you contribute effectively to the success of delivery engagements.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
