We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer/IT Support professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop systems and applications.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
Assist with network connectivity and printer setup.
Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance support processes.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering role.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of Linux.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers).
Familiarity with software installation and configuration.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
