Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, including hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications on desktop computers.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Monitor and maintain desktop performance, ensuring optimal operation of systems.
- Work with IT teams to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on desktop applications and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common desktop applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP and basic troubleshooting.
