Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Guidewire DataHub and development to join our team. This role involves working with data integration, analysis, and quality assurance within the Guidewire ecosystem, contributing to the success of our projects across PAN India.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data models and ETL processes within the Guidewire DataHub environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements for insurance applications.
Design and maintain data integration solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
Monitor data quality and perform data cleansing and transformation as necessary.
Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues within the Guidewire applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Skills and Qualifications

12-20 years of experience in data management and analytics, preferably in the insurance domain.
Strong expertise in Guidewire DataHub and Guidewire suite of applications.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
Strong programming skills in Java or similar languages.
Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
