Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.
Program Managed at least one S/4 Greenfield Implementation
Proven experience delivering SAP projects end to end—implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, project estimation methods, and quality processes.
Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
Experience working with business and technology SMEs to define requirements, create project charters, and align deliverables with business goals.
Awareness of emerging SAP technologies, digital trends, and architecture principles.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Project Leadership & Delivery
Own end to end responsibility for delivering S/4 Greenfield Programs
Review and lead proposal preparation, project estimations, and inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys competitively.
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project progress while managing risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health. 2) Stakeholder & Team Management
Collaborate with cross functional teams, business stakeholders, technical consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Coach and mentor team members, provide timely feedback, and foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation.
Contribute to thought leadership within the SAP project management space in alignment with Infosys processes and policies. 3) Agile Delivery Excellence
Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Promote best practices in Agile execution for enhanced project outcomes.
