Location: Pan-India (All High Courts)
Position: Panel Lawyer / Full-Time Association
Experience: 3–12 years in High Court litigation
Role OverviewIndia LawShield is expanding its national panel of High Court advocates. We are looking for skilled, ethical, and experienced lawyers capable of delivering strong legal representation, expert drafting, and strategic advice across diverse matters in High Courts across India.
Key Responsibilities- Represent India LawShield clients before respective State High Courts.
- Draft writ petitions, appeals, revisions, SLP-related drafts, and legal notices.
- Handle urgent matters, stay applications, and interim relief requests.
- Provide accurate legal opinions, research, and case strategies.
- Coordinate professionally with India LawShield's internal legal team.
- Ensure timely communication, ethical practice, and client-focused service.
Requirements- LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
- Valid Bar Council enrollment and license to practice in High Courts.
- Minimum 3 years of active High Court practice.
- Strong knowledge of writ jurisdiction, procedures, and case law.
- Excellent drafting, research, argument, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage urgent filings and fast-paced litigation.
