Primary Job Title: Multi‑Skilled Facility Assistant
About The Opportunity
A growing company in the logistics and facility operations sector, supporting on-site warehouse, packing, maintenance and security functions across multiple locations in India. We are hiring dependable, hands-on team members to support daily operations including packaging, basic electrical maintenance, office support and site security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform general helper and office-attendant duties: maintain cleanliness, handle incoming/outgoing mail, assist front-desk tasks and support administrative staff when required.
- Execute packing and order-fulfilment activities: sort, pack, label and prepare parcels to meet dispatch quality and timeliness standards.
- Carry out routine electrical maintenance and basic repairs: inspect fixtures, replace fittings, troubleshoot simple faults and escalate complex issues to certified electricians.
- Provide on-site security support: monitor access points, perform regular patrols, verify visitor IDs and report incidents to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory handling and material movement: load/unload goods, stack items safely and help maintain stock accuracy during counts.
- Follow safety and compliance procedures: use PPE, adhere to SOPs for electrical work, packing protocols and emergency response guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven hands-on experience in facility support, packing, or maintenance roles.
- Ability to perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshoot common faults safely.
- Comfortable with physical/manual tasks and following safety procedures on-site.
- Valid right to work in India and reliable on-site attendance.
Preferred
- Certification or apprenticeship in basic electrical trade (ITI or equivalent).
- Experience with gatekeeping, CCTV monitoring or access-control procedures.
