Position Title: Guest Relation Executive Reports To : Property Manager Location : VR Nagpur Role Description: Co-ordinating and Support Role towards efficient and accurate manner Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level contact and convey queries to the respective for resolutions
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level for support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services Qualifications & Key Traits
- Bachelor Degree with proven experience as Guest Relation Executive or equivalent position
- Min experience 3 Yrs.
- Proven working experience in client support process
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
