Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter – Permanent Placement

Location: Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: US Night Shift

Experience: 3–5+ Years

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month

About the Role

TekHawks is seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with strong expertise in permanent/direct-hire recruitment, preferably for Physical Therapy and allied-health positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent US healthcare positions.
• Source and recruit Physical Therapists, PTAs, COTAs, Occupational Therapists, SLPs and other allied-health professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, job boards, email campaigns, and professional networks.
• Screen candidates for experience, state licences, certifications and position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, follow-ups,s and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve outreach, submission, and placement targets.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of US healthcare recruitment experience.
• Strong permanent/direct-hire recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience recruiting PT, PTA, COTA, OT, ,SLP or allied-health professionals.
• Knowledge of US healthcare licensing and credential requirements.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation and candidate-engagement skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and Boolean searches.
• Willingness to work onsite from Mehdipatnam during the US night shift.
