Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment for US Healthcare roles (Clinical & Non-Clinical)
Utilize and manage a strong personal candidate database along with job portals and referrals
Source, screen, and submit qualified healthcare professionals for contract, C2H, and full-time positions
Work with MSP/VMS requirements and direct client submissions
Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance documentation
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets independently
Mandatory Requirements
410 years of proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
Must have an active personal candidate database
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
