Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in US healthcare hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for physician and healthcare roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles (Physicians, Surgeons, Specialists)
Source candidates through platforms like Doximity, PracticeLink, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen and qualify physicians based on specialty, certifications, and experience
Manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Coordinate interviews with hospital clients
Maintain strong candidate relationships and pipelines
Work closely with BDM to fulfill client mandates
Ensure high-quality submissions and faster turnaround time
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare / Physician Recruitment
- Strong experience hiring for roles such as:
Anesthesiologists
Psychiatrists
Gastroenterologists
Surgeons
- Familiarity with US healthcare hiring process, credentialing, and compliance
- Experience working with US clients and handling direct mandates
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Compensation
Fixed Salary: As per experience
