Experience Required: 2+ Years

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, Travel Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of the US Healthcare Staffing industry, including Travel, Contract, and Permanent requirements.
• Experience working with healthcare licenses, certifications, credentials, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to review and collect required candidate paperwork and documents as per client and compliance requirements.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Good communication and screening skills with the ability to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
