About the Role

InfoStride is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter – Team Lead to lead healthcare recruitment operations and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, excellent team-handling skills, and the ability to drive hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare recruiters handling US staffing requirements.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit for healthcare positions such as Registered Nurses (RN), LPN/LVN, CNA, Medical Assistants, Allied Health, and other healthcare professionals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, productivity, and daily targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to recruiters to improve performance.
• Work closely with clients/account managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure compliance with required healthcare credentials, licenses, certifications, and background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in ATS/recruitment systems.
• Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and updates with management.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of critical hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, with prior team-handling/team-lead experience.
• Strong understanding of the US Healthcare Staffing industry and recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet strict hiring deadlines.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
