Clinical/Healthcare Recruiter (US Staffing)

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare & Clinical Recruiter to support staffing requirements for our US clients across Healthcare, Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Life Sciences domains.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of US staffing/recruitment experience, with hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting healthcare, clinical, scientific, or life sciences professionals. The recruiter should be comfortable working on niche and hard-to-fill positions and engaging both active and passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and sourcing for US healthcare, clinical, scientific, and life sciences positions.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for each position.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, JobDiva/ATS databases, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Use advanced Boolean searches and keyword strategies to identify qualified candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Screen candidates for technical/functional experience, qualifications, location, compensation expectations, work authorization, availability, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates with accurate candidate summaries to the recruitment/account management team.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and future requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, submissions, and status updates in JobDiva or other ATS platforms.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups and support the recruitment process through offer and onboarding when required.
• Develop relationships with candidates to improve engagement, referrals, and successful placements.
• Meet recruitment KPIs related to sourcing, qualified submissions, interviews, placements, and turnaround time.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of US Staffing/Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Clinical, Scientific, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or Life Sciences positions strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and ATS databases.
• Experience with JobDiva or similar ATS preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement skills.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates for specialized positions.
• Good understanding of US work authorization and employment categories.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Work Schedule: US Shift / Night Shift

Location: Noida (Hybrid-Wednesday WFH)
