low-cost, scalable, mass-usable system that delivers
daily insights, early risk detection, and real behavior change through simple interfaces like chat-based interactions.
Our vision is to build a
Human Operating System that understands how people live, detects where things go wrong, and intervenes before problems escalateacross health, lifestyle, and performance.
Equity Structure (Important to Understand)
- We start with 34 discussion rounds to align on vision, expectations, and commitment.
- Selected candidates join a 1-month NDA cohort to collaborate on early-stage problem-solving and innovation.
- Post cohort, we sign a founding member agreement.
- Equity is formally allocated after funding and Pvt. Ltd. registration, with a 5-year vesting structure.
- Once funding is secured, salary/compensation begins along with equity ownership.
We are building a
core team of long-term, equity-driven leaders.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Healthcare Innovation Officer who can bridge the gap between
healthcare, behavior science, and product innovation.
This role is not about traditional clinical workit is about
reimagining how healthcare and preventive systems can be delivered at scale, especially in a
low-cost, high-impact, tech-enabled format.
You will play a key role in shaping
HiWox's core innovation layer, ensuring that what we build is
scientifically sound, scalable, and truly impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovation & Product Thinking
- Design new healthcare and preventive health models aligned with HiWox's mass-use approach
- Identify high-impact problem statements in everyday health and behavior
- Translate health concepts into simple, scalable product features
- Behavioral & Preventive Health Systems
- Build frameworks for:
- Early risk detection
- Lifestyle-based interventions
- Preventive health journeys
- Contribute to development of:
- Causality logic (why issues happen)
- Intervention systems (how to fix them)
- Program & Pilot Development
- Design and run:
- Wellness / performance programs
- User cohorts and pilots
- Analyze results and refine:
- Product-market fit
- User engagement
- Outcome effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product team
- Tech team
- Founder's office
- Ensure healthcare logic is:
- Practical
- Scalable
- Easy to implement
- Research & Differentiation
- Identify gaps in:
- Existing healthtech solutions
- Preventive healthcare models
- Bring new, non-obvious innovation ideas into the system
- Help position HiWox as a next-gen healthcare intelligence platform
Skills & Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, public health, life sciences, or related field
- Strong interest in innovation, startups, and problem-solving
- Understanding of preventive health and behavior science
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts into practical solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment
