Role Overview
We are looking for a
Full-Stack Developer who wants to build from zero and take ownership of the tech backbone of a scalable food startup.
This is not a task-based freelancing role.
This is a
founding tech ownership role.
Key Responsibilities 1 End-to-End Product Development
Design, Develop, And Maintain The Complete Web/app Ecosystem Including
- User dashboard
- Subscription flows
- Admin panel
- Payment integration
- Order & meal management system
2 Backend Architecture & Scalability
- Build secure APIs and database structures
- Develop subscription logic & pricing modules
- Ensure system scalability for growth
- Prepare architecture for future kiosk & AI integrations
3 User Experience & Feature Optimization
- Optimize performance and loading speeds
- Implement personalization features
- Improve retention-based product features
- Continuously iterate based on user feedback
4 Tech Strategy & Innovation
- Translate business ideas into technical execution
- Suggest automation systems
- Contribute to future AI-based personalization roadmap
- Take ownership of long-term product scalability
