NPPD Care is building a
healthcare transformation and wellness ecosystem focused on improving
hospital revenues, operational efficiency, patient experience, and care outcomes. We work across
hospitals, clinics, gyms, corporates, and wellness partners to create sustainable, ethical growth models in healthcare.
This role is meant for a
growth-focused builder, not a traditional consultantsomeone who wants to
co-create scalable healthcare business systems and own long-term equity value.
Role Structure (Equity-Based)- Part-time, equity-only role in the initial phase
- No fixed compensation until funding or stable revenue milestones
- Equity engagement process:
- 34 alignment discussions
- 1-month NDA-based working cohort
- Growth leadership / Cofounder agreement
- Equity allocation post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
- 5-year vesting model
- Fixed compensation begins after funding
- Fully remote role with occasional on-ground engagements
Role: Healthcare Business Growth Expert (Strategy, Revenue & Scale)
You will work closely with the
Founder and hospital partners to drive
ethical revenue growth and system-level improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute hospital and healthcare growth strategies
- Identify revenue leakages and monetisation opportunities
- Improve patient acquisition, retention, and experience
- Work with hospitals on service mix, pricing, and unit economics
- Enable growth through operations, partnerships, and process redesign
- Support B2B partnerships across gyms, corporates, and wellness ecosystems
- Build repeatable growth playbooks and frameworks for scale
Who Should Apply
- Experience in hospital management, healthcare consulting, or healthcare business growth
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics and operational constraints
- Comfortable working with doctors, administrators, and leadership teams
- Willing to take long-term ownership through equity
