Co-Founder (Part-time, Equity only - Salary after funding)

We are looking for a Cofounder based in Bhubaneswar who can take ownership across either Product or Marketing/Growth for our emerging Food & Healthcare ecosystem. This is not a salary-first role it is a leadership position for someone who wants to build something big from the ground up, take real ownership, and be part of a long-term mission.

If you have the hunger to build, the courage to take early-stage risk, and the ability to execute independently, you will thrive here.

We follow a transparent and structured equity process:

1. 34 Discussion Rounds
2. To understand your skills, ownership preference (Product/Marketing/Operations), and long-term commitment.
3. 1-Month NDA Cohort
4. You work closely with the founder team for a month, contribute to real projects, and show execution.
5. This month determines your final ownership band.
6. Cofounder Agreement
7. After successfully completing the cohort, we finalize your responsibilities and ownership percentage.
8. Equity Allotment After Funding & Pvt. Ltd. Registration
9. Equity is formally issued only when we raise funds and convert to a private limited structure.
10. Vesting is 5 years (standard global best practice).
11. Compensation begins post-funding only.
12. Until then, the focus is on building the foundation with a 25+ member equity-driven founding team.

Your job will be to shape the roadmap, build the systems, and drive early traction.

Choose your lane based on your strengths:

• Build and refine the food/healthcare product roadmap.
• Lead R&D for nutrition-first food products.
• Coordinate with chefs, nutrition officers, and tech teams.
• Validate products through trials, customer testing, and iterations.
• Manage quality, compliance, certifications, and scale-up.

• Build end-to-end go-to-market strategy.
• Lead brand building, content, digital campaigns, and offline activation.
• Drive acquisition through communities, events, influencers, and partnerships.
• Create growth loops and demand channels across Bhubaneswar first, then PAN India.
• Oversee PR, positioning, and narrative building for the brand.
  

• Ability to take ownership and execute independently.
• You must be based in Bhubaneswar or willing to stay here for the first phase.
