The Head - Talent Acquisition will own end‑to‑end corporate hiring across Tech and Non‑Tech functions, managing a high‑volume and high‑complexity TA charter.
The role will be responsible for delivering approximately 300 hires per month (50:50 Tech : Non‑Tech mix), including 10-15 senior leadership roles, while building a scalable, data‑driven TA engine aligned to rapid business growth.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role, working closely with the CHRO and business leadership as a strategic hiring partner.10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
