Job Description

End‑to‑End Hiring Ownership

  • Own and deliverfull‑cycle Talent Acquisition across all corporate roles:
    • Technology
    • Product
    • Business, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions
  • Drive high‑volume hiring at scale while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations.



Leadership & Critical Hiring

  • Lead senior leadership hiring in close partnership with the CHRO and business heads.
  • Ensure robust assessment, calibration, and closure for niche and leadership roles.



TA Strategy & Capability Building

  • Build, scale, and lead a large in‑house TA function with strong delivery discipline.
  • Strengthen andstandardize:
    • TA processes and hiring governance
    • Workforce planning and demand forecasting
    • Partner and vendor management
    • Candidate experience and employer brand touchpoints
  • Embed data, metrics, and insights into hiring decisions and TA operations.



Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic TA advisor to business leadership.
  • Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder environments in a fast‑paced, evolving organization.
  • Continuously refine hiring models to support changing business priorities and growth ve

The Successful Applicant

The Head - Talent Acquisition will own end‑to‑end corporate hiring across Tech and Non‑Tech functions, managing a high‑volume and high‑complexity TA charter.

The role will be responsible for delivering approximately 300 hires per month (50:50 Tech : Non‑Tech mix), including 10-15 senior leadership roles, while building a scalable, data‑driven TA engine aligned to rapid business growth.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role, working closely with the CHRO and business leadership as a strategic hiring partner.10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.

Strong hands‑on experience in senior leadership hiring.

Proven exposure to both Tech and Non‑Tech hiring, preferably within:

  • Product organizations
  • Consumer internet
  • High‑growth or scaled‑up environments



Demonstrated experience running large‑volume TA charters with:

  • High hiring velocity
  • Complex stakeholder management
  • Structured delivery metrics



Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous, growth‑driven environments.

  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and scale teams.
