Key Responsibilities
Growth & Presales Leadership
- Own and drive analytics-led deal shaping for CPG clients in partnership with Field Sales
- Lead discovery discussions to identify high-value use cases across pricing, promotions, and supply chain
- Build compelling, ROI-driven solution narratives to win large enterprise deals
CPG Domain & Thought Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor in areas such as:
- Revenue Growth Management (pricing, promotions, mix optimization)
- Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO)
- Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain Analytics
- Consumer & Shopper Insights
- Create POVs, accelerators, and reusable frameworks to strengthen market positioning
AI & Solution Architecture
- Design scalable AI/ML solutions aligned to business objectives
- Translate business problems into analytical approaches (forecasting, optimization, causal modelling)
- Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to industrialize solutions
Client Engagement & Strategic Advisory
- Engage with senior stakeholders (VP/CXO level) to align analytics initiatives with business strategy
- Guide clients on analytics maturity, data strategy, and operating models
- Ensure seamless transition from presales to execution
Technical Qualifications
Experience & Domain Expertise
- 10-12+ years in CPG analytics, consulting, or data science roles
- Strong experience in RGM, Trade Promotions, Supply Chain, or Commercial Analytics
- Demonstrated success in presales, solutioning, or analytics-driven client acquisition
Commercial Acumen
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, trade spend optimization, and demand planning
- Ability to connect analytics outputs to measurable business KPIs (revenue, margin, ROI)
Stakeholder & Sales Alignment
- Proven ability to work closely with Sales teams in enterprise deal cycles
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience engaging CXO-level clients and driving strategic conversations
