Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Leading and managing quality control processes across all stages of production
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Overseeing supplier quality assurance and establishing strong relationships with vendors.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements in manufacturing
Training and mentoring team members to uphold quality standards and practices
Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain consistency in quality performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Quality should have:

A degree in engineering
Proven experience in handling manufacturing, supplier, and new product quality within the consumer durables industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Analytical skills to evaluate data and drive process improvements.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
