Indusion has been mandated to hire a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition for a fast-paced, rapidly growing NBFC based in Delhi NCR.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who is excited by the idea of building, scaling, and transforming the hiring engine of a growing organization. The role will lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function, partnering closely with business and leadership to design hiring strategies that are aligned with growth goals, strengthen employer brand, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

An ideal candidate will bring strong experience in scaling hiring operations, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving process excellence through innovation, structure, and automation.

This role will be part of the HR leadership team, working closely with and reporting into the CHRO, and will lead the following areas:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Stakeholder Management
• Capability Building
• Programs on Campus Hiring and overall Process Excellence & Automation
• Employer Branding

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong leadership track record
• Proven experience in driving strategic and large-scale hiring mandates
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and partner with leadership teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Deep experience within the Financial Services sector, along with strong Talent Acquisition leadership experience, is essential
