Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Strategy, located in Gurugram.
You will help shape the our next phase of growth by:
- Identifying and acting on future-defining technologies in manufacturing (automation, AI, advanced materials, Industry 4.0)
- Leading global market intelligence to spot high-conviction opportunities early
- Building a strong ecosystem across technology partners, research institutions, and governments to support our growth initiatives
- Structuring and closing joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and technology alliances
- Converting strategy into execution that actually moves the business forward
- Driving the organization's journey to achieve 5x 5 Y growth through sharp strategic choices and disciplined execution

Qualifications
- Post Graduate with Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred along with high competency skills
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to deconstruct complex problems and identify data-driven solutions.
- Deep understanding of Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive organizational goals effectively.
- Experience in Finance to assess economic impacts on the directions being proposed and manage resources efficiently.
- Consulting skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Education, or Technology is advantageous.
