We are looking for an experienced sales leader to lead a team and drive commercial growth across exchanges, wallets, DeFi projects, and payment infrastructure in APAC. This role will own strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and go-to-market execution in the Web3 ecosystem, with a strong focus on cross-border payment solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership, team management, and deep industry understanding to deliver measurable results in a fast-moving, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Define sales strategy, forecasting, and performance metrics for the team
- Set clear targets, monitor progress, and drive continuous performance improvement
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing sales organization
Partnerships & Commercial Growth
- Own and execute the sales strategy for Web3 partnerships across exchanges, wallets, DeFi protocols, and crypto payment infrastructure
- Identify, develop, and close strategic commercial opportunities with exchanges, payment providers, wallets, liquidity providers, and enterprise clients
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects from initial outreach to negotiation and deal closure
- Represent the company in the Web3 ecosystem through events, networking, and partnership discussions
Cross-Border Payment Solutions
- Drive commercial adoption of crypto on/off-ramp solutions for cross-border payments
- Understand client needs and match them with on/off-ramp, wallet integration, and settlement solutions
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to design and deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor moves in cross-border payments and crypto infrastructure
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Marketing to support deal execution, partner onboarding, and solution delivery
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, revenue forecast, sales performance, and partnership outcomes
- Help build scalable sales processes, tools, templates, and frameworks as the business grows
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing a sales or BD team
- Strong background in crypto, Web3, exchanges, wallets, DeFi, cross-border payments, or payment infrastructure
- Proven experience with crypto on/off-ramp solutions or cross-border payment products
- Track record of building partnerships, managing pipelines, and closing complex deals
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management ability
- Fluency in English and Mandarin are necessary
- Existing network across exchanges, wallet providers, payment providers, DeFi projects, or institutional crypto players across APAC is highly preferred
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling Web3/fintech company
