Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Director (Sales) / Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales in Goa. This role involves charting the overall sales strategy, manpower planning, training, driving revenue growth, etc., bringing in complete direction and clarity from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Planning and Strategy 
  • Drive sales and revenue for commercial real estate projects
  • Chief Closer of Deals 
  • Build strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Guide in CRM data and track sales performance

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years in real estate sales in a leadership role 

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Pleasing and warm personality
