Job Description

About the Role:

Unique World Robotics (UWR) is looking for a sales leader who can manage and scale the team, while ensuring sales targets are met, with 10+ years of experience in EdTech or similar domains to lead and scale our sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and expanding our footprint across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team across regions (India)
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales for STEM programs, institutional partnerships, and corporate collaborations
  • Personally drive key deals and partnerships, especially in early and high-value sales cycles
  • Build and scale separate sales engines for Institutional sales (schools, colleges); Direct-to-consumer programs; Corporate / partnership-led revenue
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, training institutes, corporates and other key stakeholders or decision makers.
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, academics and operations teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Design and implement structured sales processes, dashboards, and CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • Identify and unlock new geographic markets, products/service demands, and revenue channels.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with clear experience in scaling revenue up to 10 Cr (or equivalent growth stage), with at least 45 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in building sales functions from early or growth-stage companies is strongly preferred over purely enterprise/legacy environments
  • Proven track record in EdTech / STEM / Training / Skill Development industry
  • Strong experience in both B2B (institutional/corporate) and B2C sales
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Experience in scaling sales teams and managing multi-location operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Passion for education, technology, and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • MBA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
