Job Description

The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market expansion strategies, and building a high-performing sales organization. This role will lead sales operations, establish strategic partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate market penetration. The ideal candidate is a high-impact leader with strong experience in scaling new brands, building sales pipelines, and achieving ambitious enrollment and revenue targets.

  1. Strong Experience in EdTech
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  3. Proven ability to scale sales operations in education, training, or service industries (preferred).
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Data-driven approach with experience in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  7. Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 510 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in education, EdTech, training, or international student recruitment
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing teams and multi-location operations.
