Job Description

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong doctor and institutional relationships, expanding market presence and leading the sales team on ground.

The role is similar to a Zonal / Regional Head in leading national diagnostics companies, giving full ownership of the region's performance.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Own and drive revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies, including doctor acquisition, market expansion, and new service adoption.
  • Lead and manage the field sales team with clear KPIs, productivity tracking, and performance-driven execution.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and institutional partners to strengthen regional presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive branding, engagement initiatives, and local market visibility.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in diagnostics / healthcare sales
  • Prior experience as Regional / Zonal Sales Head preferred
  • Strong network of doctors and healthcare providers
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in team handling and scaling sales operations
